Spin To Win Sweepstakes

On or about one (1) business day
after the Sweepstakes Period has ended, Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent judging agency, shall perform
a prize drawing from among all eligible entries, to select one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner and one (1) First
Prize Winner (“Prize Winners”). One (1) Grand Prize game winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive an AllTerrain Vehicle (the “Grand Prize”) (ARV: $10,000). One (1) First Prize game winner (“First Prize Winner” and
together with the Grand Prize Winner, the “Prize Winners”) will receive a trip for two (2) to the 2026 SEC Football
Championship Game on December 5, 2026 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA (the “First Prize” and
together with the Grand Prize, the “Sweepstakes Prizes”). The prize includes a two (2) night stay at a hotel (one,
standard-double occupancy room), and two (2) Pre-Game Party Passes. The total ARV of the First Prize is three
thousand six-hundred dollars (ARV $3,600).
